1- How soon should I make a reservation?
As soon as possible to ensure the right time/date, bounce theme and choices for your party. It is not unusual for Bounce House Fort Lauderdale customers to book weeks and even months in advance.
2- How do I make a Reservation?
Please contact us. We will be happy to respond and answer all of your questions as quickly as possible.
3- Does Parties N Fun request a Deposit?
Always. Reservations with Parties N Fun require a Non-Refundable deposit in advance of the event ($25 or $30) based on location and type of your order. If you need to cancel the event, the deposit can be applicable for future reservations, but IT WILL NOT be refundable.
4- Do you inspect, clean and sanitize your Bounce Houses?
Yes! We inspect, clean and sanitize our bounces after each rental. We pride ourselves in providing you with the cleanest jumpers.
5- How many children are allowed at one time in a Bounce House and what is the weight limit?
Kids ages 3 to 12 and no more than 10 at one time (based on type and size of the Bounces) to avoid injury. The weight limit is 1000 pounds.
6- Do you offer Free Delivery, Pick-up & Setup?
It depends. Delivery, Setup and Pick-up are included in the package rental price only if the location is 20 miles or less from our office . We will arrive at least 30 minutes before your party to setup. The rental units will be picked up within 1 hour of the end of your reserved time. The latest time to pick-up is 8:00 pm at night
7- Do I need access to electricty to have a Bounce House at my event?
Yes! All inflatable units need to have the blower operating for the entire time the unit is being used. The typical residential rental is within 75 feet of an existing power outlet and the blower will just be plugged in there. However, if there is no power we can provide a generator to run the blower. Please check our rates.
8- Do you have Insurance?
Yes. We carry Public Liability Insurance.
9- When and how do I make the payment?
Payments can be made in Cash preferably, but we require a deposit to make reservations. Although we also accept Visa, MasterCard and Discovery. Based on the kind of reservation, the remaining balance should be accept at the location of the event, however payments must be giving to the employee before they start their job. We can not accept payments by Credit Card or by personal checks on the day of the event. Checks will only be accepted for business or when the payment is made at least 3 days before your event.
